some time has past since we produced the Mr. J. Medeiros album Saudade and i have started looking back getting the urge to fiddle with the material a bit. here is a remix of his song Old Man Perez. also be on the look out for Mr. J.'s upcoming EP PALE BLUE DOT which i was a part of the recording process. with more beautiful artwork by our friend Nathan Travis.
"If you remember last year I did a 12 part blog series documenting the production of my latest album "Saudade". The entire record was produced and recorded in a one bedroom apartment called the "Yellows", next door stood the "Golf Acre Senior Center"...these factors inspired this new remix by Luke Atencio (1/3 of "The Stare").
Brings me back to that winter...recording "Saudade", lots of playing piano, some drumming, some guitar, some singing, some rapping, some writing....working with really talented artists...and being HOME! in Colorado!" -Mr. J. Medeiros.

last year i had the privilege of co-producing an album with my dear friend Mr. J. Medeiros called Saudade. i recently remixed "depression is a liar", one of the songs from the album.

the chemicals used to make poloroid film was no longer allowed to be used due to environmental laws. poloroid saw the digital age coming and decided to discontinue the manufacturing of their film. a former poloroid employee took on the "impossible" challenge of creating a new environmentally safe way of making film for the classic poloroid cameras. this llt86 entry was shot using impossible px 600 silver shade film. thank you to Abigail Smithson for taking the above photo of me and showing me the ropes. and thank you to the kind folks of soho for letting me take their picture.

i come to photography from a graphic design background. the majority of the images on this website are not manipulated in any way but in the case of this particular collection, you will have to decide for yourself if they are real.

i took the lens off my camera and flipped it around to make it macro. these are photos of flowers and plants. i added a little texture and border in photoshop.
